We love coming here! The food hits the spot. We love the garlic pepper broth and Taiwanese spicy broth and get it every time. We also love the service- Will is always so attentive and friendly! Everytime we're here he's provides excellent service. This place is now a regular rotation during the week.

Love the miso soup here. The most thing that I like to order was the brown rice with garlic sauce on top! It was so yummy! The service here was nice. I did come back so many times with friends and family.

My husband and I have been coming to Miyabi for a couple of years now and eat here at least once a week. Although we enjoy the shabu very much, the service we have received over the years has been very versatile. It wasn't until Will, the server who started working at Miyabi, that we recognized that our service was significantly on point. Will, the server, is always in a good mood and consistently smiles. When we arrive, he has a welcoming energy. He doesn't let us wait long and always takes our orders quickly. My husband's and my orders are a bit difficult because we are very particular about what we like, but Will always remembers our orders and gets them correctly every time. He is very attentive in regards to what additional things we need and delivers everything in a timely matter. Overall, we look forward to eating here now because of the food and the impeccable service we receive from Will.

This is our favorite shabu spot! Why? *the staff is super friendly and always work well together to take your order, bring out the food, check on refills, etc *the meats are prepped topped with daikon and a light drizzle of sesame oil or ponzu? I'm not sure what it is but it's good! *Diverse veggie, noodle, tofu basket *Broth choices are super tasty *My younger daughter loves to grill pork belly instead of shabu and says it's the best pork belly ever and Most importantly *3 words... Fried Garlic Rice! And you get to choose white or brown rice and can get extra garlic no charge Most of the tables are built with 4 hot pot plates for your Soup pot but they can bring out burners so if you have more than four you can still sit at the same table and then the case of my daughter they were able to set her up with the separate table top grilling plate Parking is the only con cuz it's a busy center.

Wow, Miyabi Shabu is awesome. It's my friend's favorite shabu spot in Irvine and I can see why! The service, food and atmosphere were all on point. I ordered the large angus top blade which was the leanest cut of meat. My friend ordered the plate of beef tongue. Both cuts were delicious, and the veggies with noodles for the end were perfection. I got the tonkotsu soup and enjoyed it thoroughly. Will definitely be back when in Irvine!
