My new favorite is the jalapeño bagel. Today I wanted a little 'lift' in a breakfast sandwich, so I got the sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted jalapeño. Usually I get a quick sesame or everything bagel with cream cheese, as close to NY STYLE as it gets in Jersey. But today I missed breakfast due to an early flight back home. The Jalapeño is not hot at all, just warms the palate on a cold December day, and fills up that missed breakfast well in my tummy. Plus Ry's usually has a real newspaper on hand for those of us who still favor the Gutenberg press, straight razors, and vinyl recordings.

I been going to Ry's for about 2 years now. I have tried many bagels, all nice but my favorite is the French Toast Bagel with Carmel apple cream Cheese. They integrated these perfectly caramelize, thin, apple slices into their cream cheese. Not too sweet, just right. Best bite. There is something for everyone. All made with real fruit. Kid friendly flavors too. Its my go too thing to walk with when visiting friends. Who doesn't like hit fresh bagels. Addictive.

Bagels & sandwiches are great! But...they need to step up with answering the phone. Half of the times I try to call ahead, the call gets cut off before anyone answers or the call goes to voice mail which is full. Employees are great but pick up & ordering routine needs improvement. Bagels are outstanding. They even have scrapple.

100% the best bagel shop in SJ! They have a variety of bagels like chocolate chip, sesame, poppy, strawberry, blueberry, french toast, cheddar, cheddar jalapeño, plain, and a few more! They always taste so fresh!! They also have house-made cream cheese and whipped butter. It is a combo deal to get a dozen bagels with 3 spreads. We love the strawberry cream cheese, the chocolate chip cream cheese, and the veggie cream cheese. They also have flavors like blueberry, sprinkles, plain, and sun dried tomato. The whipped butter is great for the toasted bagels, we've only ever gotten the plain and cinnamon sugar, but both are delicious. The staff is always attentive and works very quickly. There is almost always a line, so the sooner in the morning you get there the better chance you have of getting your pick of flavors. The inside is nothing fancy, but there are some seats inside and a TV. Oh, and they also have coffee and juice. As well as bagel sandwiches! All in all, if you don't go here for bagels you are really missing out!

This is, by far, the best bagel shop around! We love their fresh airy bagels that are full of flavor. No one else sells strawberry bagels-which happen to be our favorite!

This is a great Bagel shop, I like to go to the location near the shop-rite rather than the one on Rowan campus because they have really good service.
